Logistics & Operations Associate (On site)
As a Logistics & Operations Associate at SOLN, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of inventory.
- Follow up with vendors to expedite dispatches while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Manage incoming inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch operations from the SOLN warehouse.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively plan replenishments.
- Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatched according to SOLN quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

Finance & Strategy Associate (Remote/Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and identify areas where SOLN can improve financially and operationally.
- Monitor product costing, margins, and profitability across collections.
- Manage day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records.
- Track revenue, expenses, cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Research and evaluate potential funding and investment opportunities.
- Advise on when and how SOLN should raise external investments.
- Work with the founders on financial strategy and business expansion plans.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Product Launch & Market Research Associate (On Site/Remote)

Responsibilities
- Research fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Identify what products, designs, fabrics, and articles should be launched based on market demand.
- Recommend when and where new products should be launched for maximum impact.
- Analyze competitor brands, pricing, and product strategies.
- Work closely with the design team to conceptualize collections and product ideas.
- Suggest designs and product directions while ensuring they align with SOLN's brand identity.
- Source and recommend fabrics and trims that balance quality and cost.
- Ensure product concepts are developed within a fixed budget while maximizing value and profitability.
- Track launch performance and provide insights for future collections.
- Stay updated with global and local fashion, streetwear, and cultural trends.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of fashion, streetwear, and consumer trends.

Supplier Relations & Sourcing Associate (On Site/Remote)
At SOLN, product quality starts with the right suppliers. We're looking for someone who can build strong supplier relationships, source premium materials, and ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality or cost.
This role will work closely with the Product Launch & Market Research Associate. Together, both teams will evaluate market opportunities, product concepts, fabrics, and manufacturing feasibility before presenting their recommendations to the core team for final approval.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Source and sample fabrics, trims, and materials that align with SOLN's quality standards and budget.
- Ensure suppliers deliver the best possible product quality, pricing, and lead times.
- Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery of inventory and samples.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, cost, and turnaround time.
- Work alongside the Product Launch & Market Research Associate to assess the feasibility of new product launches.
- Provide recommendations on fabrics, finishes, and production techniques for upcoming collections.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize value while maintaining premium quality.
- Present collective sourcing and product recommendations to the SOLN core team for approval.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of fabrics, garment manufacturing, and sourcing processes is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate product quality and supplier capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of fashion manufacturing, merchandising, or supply chain processes is a plus.
