- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item or size sent by us).
- Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- For reasons such as change of mind, size issues (if sizing information was provided accurately), or delay caused by shipping partners.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the address we provide. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there may be a processing delay.
