Return Policy

At SOLN, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Accessories (e.g. socks, caps), if applicable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at clothingsoln@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit. Please ensure safe and secure packaging.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement, or issue a full refund at no extra cost, once verified.

5. Return Approval and Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order separately.

7. Late Returns

Returns requested or shipped after the return window has passed will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your cost.
